On Saturday the 2nd of May 2009 The Gillingham Imperial Silver Band led a parade through the town to celebrate the 150th anniversaryof the railway coming to Gillingham.

Gillingham Imperial Silver Band celebrated its 25th year Anniversary of exchange visits with the Musikzug Viktoria Hille from the North of Germany last weekend.
