Gillingham Junior Band Play at Gillingham Festival

On Sunday 19th of July at 1.15pm the Gillingham band Juniors led by there conductor and trainer Jakie Adams gave a fantastic20 minute performance on stage at the Gillingham Festival.
26 members consisting of learner players from the age of 4 to adults gave a varied programme of music, including a young cornet player age 13, playing the solo O solo Mio and music from ABBA with 4 girl members singing along at the front to the music. They finished the programme with there favourite piece of music Pirates of the Caribbean.
This was a very impressive performance for such young players they can be very proud of what they achieved!
